Hotel MPM Condor is placed ideally for walking around and exploring Sunny Beach. The hotel’s main asset is its nearness to the beach, just a 3-minute walk from the central coast, which is the heart of Sunny Beach, with many sunbeds and umbrellas shades and possibilities for doing water sports. The hotel stands on the main promenade that runs along the whole length of the resort. You can limp along for miles either way with the range of beach bars, souvenir outlets, and restaurants endless in each direction.

The hotel is situated in the upper, somewhat calmer resort which is very favorable for families. Still, you are within a short walk of the main nightlife. A 15-20 minute walk south along the promenade will take you to Flower Street" – the hub of Sunny Beach’s party scene with its enormous clubs, bars and casinos. For great family fun, the 'Action Aquapark', one of the two major waterparks in the resort is a long walk or a very short taxi ride.
